My Quarantine with the Sweater

Image
With our sweater I have been enjoying my time working on my Senior history online course while also teaching my grade 2/3 class remotely. Although I have been glued to my computer most days, I still find the time to enjoy this rare time at home to revisit many of my interests and hobbies. I painted a beautiful fall cottage on lake. - Listened to some great tunes. Here are some of my favs from this month:            - Breathe by Years&Years             - Selfish by Madison Beer             - Moral of the Story by Ashe             - Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me  - Watched some cool shows/movies:         ...

First time out

I am the first of the four to complete the "cycle", and will focus on my reflective experiences and how collaborating on this little project with my best friends adds to my ever evolving narrative of a 26 year old teacher stuck in quarantine in 2020. We ( Julia, Jaclyn, Amanda and I ) had this idea months ago, but this sudden emergence of extra time and an eagerness to connect with one another skyrocketed our efforts. 3 weeks per girl. In 12 weeks this sweater will be worn by 4 very different girls not categorised by labels, categories or expectations. Sh...
